Summary: Wonderful stay with long time college friends. House was well equipped and we enjoyed as much of it as we could in our 3 days. Saw beautiful sunrises, enjoyed the fire pit and sitting on the dock. Would highly recommended!!

Summary: We had a group of friends for a long weekend and the house was a perfect spot. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom which was excellent. The house was as advertised. Checkin process was smooth. The fire pit was stocked with wood. Overall we had a terrific experience and would be happy to come back next year!

Summary: Overall we had a great time. I didn’t realize the number of stairs on the property which I should have asked. A few rooms had incomplete paint jobs. The kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. Door off the kitchen lock needs fixing. Electrical wires exposed on ground. The ceiling it bowing on the outside deck. Cosmetically for the price, we expected more. The lay out, # of bathrooms, dock system, hoist, garage, and the amount of room was all great! The property manager Cody was awesome. The maintenance team did a great job maintaining the grounds while we we there. You barely even noticed them. The property felt private and secluded! We would come back. It was a great trip.

Summary: Awesome location right on the lake, just as advertised. However, some pretty inexpensive furniture upgrades would go a long way - the deck furniture on the patio and out by the water was mostly broken, pretty dirty, and just felt cheap - wouldn’t take much to make it a lot more pleasant. Overall though, can’t beat this location if you’re looking to be on the water at torch.
